Active ingredients in 1 tablet: inulin 110 mg, Vitamin C, micronized iron pyrophosphate, iron bisglycinate, iron pidolate, iron fumarate, Rose Hips fruit dry extract 20 mg titred 50% in Vitamin C, black pepper fruit dry extract 1,6 mg titred 95% in piperine. Total Iron 30 mg and total Vitamin C 100 mg.
How to use
it is recommended the assumption of 1 tablet per day, to be swallowed with water or another liquid preferably before the main meal.
