Active ingredients in 2 tablets: Iron gluconate (Iron 21 mg), Vitamin C 90 mg, Niacin 18 mg, Copper gluconate (Copper 1,2 mg), Vitamin B6 1,6 mg, Vitamin B2 2 mg, Vitamin B1 1,4 mg, Folic Acid 300 mcg, Vitamin B12 1,5 mcg.
How to use
2 tablets per day with a bit of water, preferably before meals, are recommended.
