Description
The Rowan is a tree 13 meters high, very long-lived. It is native of Southern Europe, from Spain to Crimea, Minor Asia and in Italy it is found sporadically throughout the peninsula and on the islands, in the mountain forests of hardwoods. The fruits ripen in autumn and are highly sought by wildlife. It is a dietary supplement which has always been well-known for its beneficial effects on the microcirculation.
