Description
Mix of pure essential oils with a relaxing, antidepressant and sedative action. It can be diffused in the environment, for an aromatic bath, sauna or a massage mixed with an oil or a cream, it helps to regain calm and clarity in case of nervous tension, stress or insomnia. It is indicated also in case of muscle pain and tension and after sporting activity.

How to use
2-5 drops in the essence diffuser or in the humidifier of the radiator; for massage and body care: 2-3 drops mixed with a neutral cream or vegetable oil.
