LAXAFRUIT PSILLIO is a dietary supplement containing psyllium fiber in two different grain size, powders and flakes, with plum juice, useful for promoting the physiological function of intestinal transit. The psyllium fiber promotes also prebiotic function supporting the development of the intestinal bacterial flora.

How to use
it is recommended to take 1-3 sachets as needed per day, dissolved in 200ml of water, preferably between meals.
