Description
Rosa canina is a species of wild rose common in the countryside, especially in the Apennines. It is a thorny shrub, 100-200 cm tall, bearing fleshy, brightly colored fruits that ripen in late autumn. Its bud extract has long been renowned for its beneficial effects.
