PHYTONOTTE is a dietary supplement made of magnesium and vitamin B6 with highly concentrated plant extracts, useful in obtaining a relaxed state favouring sleep and consequently a physiological night rest. It is also useful in case of insomnia during menopause.

Active ingredients in 3 capsules: Magnesium oxide (Magnesium 270 mg), Valerian root powder 180 mg, California Poppy grass powder 150 mg, Maypop grass dry extract 120 mg 2% Vitexin, Griffonia seeds dry extracts 75mg 20% 5-Hydroxytryptophan, Chamomile flowers powder 75 mg, Tilia flowers dry extract 60 mg 1% Rutin, Lemon Balm leaves dry extract 45 mg 4% Rosmarinic acid, Vitamin B6 3 mg.
How to use
it is suggested to get 1-3 capsules a day to be swallowed with little water.
