Functional ingredients in 2 packets: potassium citrate (Potassium 300 mg), sodium chloride, magnesium citrate (Magnesium 120 mg), sodium bicarbonate, Vitamin C 160 mg, Vitamin E 10 mg, Zinc oxide (Zinc 10 mg). Total Sodium 480 mg.
How to use
Take 1 packet a day to be diluted in glass full of water (250 ml) or 2 packets per day in 500 ml of water.
