Active ingredients in 2 tablets: Magnesium hydroxide, Magnesium oxide, hydrolysed milk protein Lactium® 150 mg, Whitania root dry extract 50 mg tit. 2.5% Whitanolides, Linden flowers dry extract 50 mg, L-Theanine 10 mg, Folic acid 200 mcg. Total Magnesium 300 mg (80% VNR).
How to use
swallow the product 1-2 times with little water. Children aged 7-14: ½ tablet after breakfast and ½ tablet after dinner; Children over 14 years and adults: 1 tablet after breakfast and 1 tablet after dinner.
