Active ingredients in 2 capsules: Yarrow herb with flowers powder 100 mg, Wild yam rhizome dry extract 100 mg tit. 10% Diosgenin, Golden rod herb with flowers dry extract 100 mg, Chamomile flower heads dry extract 100 mg tit. 0,3% Apigenin, Pot marygold flower heads dry extract 70 mg, Evening Primrose oil 35 mg.
How to use
we recommend taking 2 capsules per day to be swallowed with a little water, preferably 5 days before the menstrual cycle and during the first 3-4 days of the cycle.
